The six rooms β each named after a spice (Cardamom, Pepper, Clove, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Vanilla) β are furnished with antiques sourced from the Kochi spice trade era. The inner courtyard garden hosts classical Kathakali performances on Friday and Saturday evenings. Morning bicycle tours to the Chinese fishing nets and Jew Town are guided by Thomas, who has a Masters in Kochi’s colonial history.
